Each module is grounded in embodied practice. You’ll explore movement, breath, sound, and awareness as doorways into awakening your inner knowing and anchoring love in the body.

This spiral has woven me deeper than ever thought possible, taking me into the tenderest of wounds but also giving me the innocence of my Love, My Body, My Eros & Erotic template. Opening me to a Love deeper than I ever thought possible.
These are transformational journeys, weaving the Mythic and Somatic in a dance that will Sing through your body and into the Soul of World.

Meet Kate Joyner
After a lifetime of devotion to the ways of Mystery, Earth, Soul, and Eros, I’ve come to see that love, real love, is less about finding and more about remembering. It lives in the body, in the soul, in the courage to let go of performance and meet what’s real.
I’m here to guide you into that remembrance.
She & He is an immersion for both men and women that rises from that wellspring. Our intention is to reclaim a culture of love: a love that is embodied, erotic, honest, and brave enough to hold the fullness of who we are.
This journey is an invitation into the tender and powerful territory of your soul. It’s a homecoming to the parts of you that have waited to be felt, heard, and honoured in love.

 Now I relate to my 24/7 experience differently because I’m in a different mindset. I feel more empowered, I feel more balanced. I can now see where I was hiding and keeping myself small.
Connecting with the deeper level of who I am, beyond the conditioning I’ve been told about being a man, has been a really valuable resource.
I’m now living from a place of wholeness instead of brokenness.
The energies that I’ve activated through the alchemical embodiment practices have allowed me to make this shift.
At the beginning I was living with this underlying anger. Now I know what is my power and what isn’t. I understand the way certain things are inside of me. There is an acceptance of who I am and my own way of doing things.
What’s changed is that I’ve been humbled. There is a real humility in what’s come up for me. I’ve seen how I react to things. I’ve become aware of commitment and also my lack of commitment. I’ve shed a certain layer of my self inflated ego. I’ve found the strength of the man of the me.
The biggest transformation has been about commitment, integrity and money. I feel humbled and I feel more like a man. I’ve become a man I can trust.”
