Create your practice space:
You’ll need a yoga mat and cushion to sit on that is in view of the computer with enough room to move. Please make sure your space is undisturbed, no children, no pets, turn your phone off.
You might want to:
Light a candle, burn some incense, low lighting etc. As you do this, you can think of it like you’re igniting and evoking a temple space.
Clothing:
Please wear loose clothing that you can move in.
