In this episode, I explore one of the deeper wounds that can shape a man’s experience of love, the fear that, no matter what he does, he is somehow not good enough.
I look at how this wound can become intertwined with shame or fear around masculine power, sexuality, desire and primal nature. Rather than fully inhabiting these parts of themselves, many men learn to suppress them in an attempt to be safe, good or avoid causing harm.
But suppression isn’t the same as integration.
I explore what it means for a man to come into right relationship with his primal nature, meeting his power, desire and vulnerability with consciousness rather than pushing them into the shadows.
This is an invitation into a masculinity that is embodied rather than performed: where primal energy, heart and consciousness can exist together, creating greater integrity, trust, intimacy and depth in relationship.
Because becoming a man a woman can trust with her magic isn't about becoming less of a man. It's about becoming more fully embodied in the man you are.
